Hi, I'm Amy.

I'm an end-to-end product designer with 5 years of experience designing intuitive solutions that simplify complexity, with a focus on FinTech and LegalTech.

My path to design wasn't conventional. I've always had a passion for working with people, which I turned into a career as a recruiter. I worked as a technical and corporate recruiter among some of the top tech companies in Salt Lake City — then decided to make a career change and enrolled in a UX Design Bootcamp.

That background turned out to be a superpower. Understanding how people think, what motivates them, and what frustrates them isn't something I learned from design school — it's something I lived. I bring that empathy into every research session, every user flow, and every design critique.

I'm an active learner who is always curious, willing to dig deeper into research, tackle new and challenging problems, constantly expand my skills, and continue to grow as a designer.

When I'm not working on design, I like to spend time with my husband Dennis and our fur babies Nova and Barkley. I also enjoy traveling, watching movies, golfing, and exploring new bars and restaurants.
